He was born on September 8, 1932, in Brooklyn, NY to his parents Carmine and Theresa Bartiromo. Vincent served his country in the Korean War and was discharged with honor on November 30, 1960.

Vincent will rest alongside his brothers who served in World War II with honor and distinction. He was the owner as well as a chef of his family business, The Rex Manor in Borough Park Brooklyn. Vincent dedicated his career to the Rex Manor and was beloved by all who knew him.

On January 27, 1957, Vincent married his lovely wife Josephine Morreale. The couple raised three children, a son Patrick, and daughters, Theresa and Maria. He is survived by his wife Josephine, his 3 children Patrick, Theresa, and Maria, sons-in-law John and Jonathan, daughter-in-law Margaret, and 6 grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas, Samantha, Michael, Vincent, and Anthony.
